Billboard liberation in Chicago

Here’s a little something that mysteriously popped up in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood Oct.17 on a roof top billboard at Milwaukee & Kedzie.

The Logan Square Eagle has been the location of Chicago’s Writers Bench since the early 1980’s.
