These were sent to us by Nicolas Lampert. He writes: Here are 5 images from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The works are unsigned - but one could note that the methods appear to be: photocopies adhered to pieces of aluminum flashing, three coats of outdoor/U.V. protected varnish, and then attached to telephone poles with one-way screws.
