How to make street art
Intro: This zine was compiled by members of Visual Restistance, and it is by no means a complete or official “how-to” . . . most of this information is based on second-hand knowledge, so if you have suggestions for the zine or the website, send us your ideas, images, and criticisms. If you are looking for reasons why you should put up street art, they’re not here — they’re outside on the street!

Excellent website. I’m experimenting in forms of street art for my final project at college and this really really helped me. Thankyou! Keep up the amazing work - I’ll be checking back regularly!

From an old hippie/yippie who just turned fity in the suburbs this site is an inspiration!!! It’s so good to see
people involved and conscious. You’ve inspired me tro use my painting for change instead of matching it to a sofa for some soccer mom
Keep tagging!

oh goodness..this doesnt even begin to explain how happy i am ive found
this site. i am the beginner of all beginners. very young, ive got a lot to
learn, and this site will deffinatly help.
ive been “tagging” for only a year now..i know that isnt a long time, and
most people would consider that “toy era”, but i believe my backround
with art, and the true passion i have for it, really set me ahead a ways.
this is what i want to do. this is what i need to learn. this site is amazing
and could really change someone’s life goal. im not one of those stupid
gangster kids putting up a gang name. i want this to be my life.
thank you for considering the fact that someone may need to be educated.

This site is amazing!! Finally people are doing good with
art. all I ever see these days is “I love Johnny” on the
bathroom stalls. If you are going to write, write to change
